ABMC Matrix was established in 2016 as a Project Management consultancy envisioned to provide customized project management solutions based on client requirements. ABMC Matrix has an established record with major clients in providing overall Project Management and Project Control Services. Based on an in-depth understanding of the factors influencing the timing and organization of construction works and backed by the latest Project Management techniques, our aim is to ensure that Projects are successfully completed to achieve the product demanded by the Client within the set Time, Cost and Quality parameters.
ABMC Matrix personnel have a varied spectrum of experience in design, construction, and project management. We have experience of Commercial offices, High Rise – Residential & Commercial buildings, Hotels, Resorts, Leisure Facilities, Theme Parks, Retail, Heavy Civil Engineering, Airports and Infrastructure. Much of our experience has been gained in UAE, Saudi Arabia and in UK.
ABMC Matrix comprises a group of Project Management specialists drawn from major disciplines within the construction industry, each with a particular expertise in Planning & Programming techniques. Our client base is varied and includes Developers, Government Agencies, Consultants (Architects & Engineers), Contractors and Construction Managers. We are commissioned to prepare strategies, programmes, reports, method statements, and procedures; particularly where there is a need to clearly define Client objectives and subsequently implement innovative Planning and Programming solutions.
Although Planning and Programming is a specialist area it should be appreciated that ABMC Matrix regards this only as one tool within the Project Management sphere. Setting objectives, defining duties and responsibilities, chairing meetings, preparing procedures, designing innovative management control systems, setting milestone targets, monitoring progress, offering alternative options, fostering communication between disciplines, are all regarded as integral functions in achieving the objectives set by ABMC Matrix programmes.
